Har Ghar Tiranga Lehrayega

Bhooke Jismon Mein Do Waqt Jab Ann Ka Dana Jayega, Berozgari Ka Dhabba Naujawano Par Se Jab Mit Jayega, Aane Wala Kal Jab Lekar Khushhali Aayega, Har Ghar Tiranga Lehrayega. Depo Se Rashan Uska Jab Jayaz Hakdaar Hi Layega, Gareeb Ki Seat Par Paise Wale Ka Bachcha Padne Na Jayega, Sarkari Aspatal Se Bhi Mareez Jab Zinda Wapas Aayega, Har Ghar Tiranga Lehrayega . Mandir, Masjid, Girje,Gurudwaron Se Bahar Jab In

Mere Zakhmon Ko Tum Hara Rakhna

Mere Zakhmon Ko Tum Hara Rakhna ( मेरे ज़ख्मों को तुम हरा रखना) - Keep My Wounds Fresh 'Mere Zakhmon Ko Tum Hara Rakhna' is my comeback poem on the blog. It is almost  after a year that I am updating my blog. This Hindi poem tells the helplessness of a common man in India. Facing problems from all corners of life he is frustrated in saying that he is in such a position where he neither die nor live peacefully and with dignity. He/She is feeling like caged bird who is not allowed to even die in spite living in such pathetic condition. For more explanation Read Here. Mere Zakhmon Ko Tum Bhara Rakhna,  Samandar Dard Ka Bhara Rakhna.  Koi Aaina Mujhe Haste Hue Na Dekh Le, Aise Kamre Mein Band Mujhe Tanha Rakhna. Kabhi Bediyon Se Jo Azad Dikhun, Katarne Ko Par Pass Ustara Rakhna.

Woh Eid, Eid Na Hogi

(Woh Eid, Eid Na Hogi.) Covid Era is a different time and we are experiencing the things differently. Our lifestyles has changed, the way world behaving has changed and it has also changed the way Eid will be celebrated this year. The feast of fasting (Eid Ul Fitr ) will not come with Feast,Fun, Sharing, Caring and meeting our loved ones. But we still make it happier by doing our part in helping the weaker sections of the society which we must do. As a writer and poet I have celebrated this by writing this poem which I am sharing here. Happy Eid. Jab Teri Deed Na Hogi, Phir Eid, Eid Eid Na Hogi. Raat Mein Tanha Chand Ka Deedar To Ho Jaega, Mubarakbad Dene Ko Magar Mohalla Na Chillaega, Chand Raat Par Jab Zaroori Kharid Na Hogi,  Phir Eid, Woh Eid Na Hoga.

Zameen Pe Jannat

Zameen Pe Jannat - #SaveKashmir  Some temporary sections of #Artcle370 revoked by central government and our relation with Jammu and Kashmir changed. I am not talking about the geographical changes of dividing it into two union territories but confining of Kashmiri people into their homes. More than 25 days has passed and Kashmir is under curfew without proper schooling, shops are shut, no internet, television, landline, newspaper, media reporting blockade any means of communication with mainland India is blocked. I am writing after a long gap and this issue has provoked me to pen this poem which I am sharing here. Woh Zameen Pe Jannat Jahan Insaan Baste Hain, Apno Ki Sunne Ko Aaj Jo Aawaaz Taraste Hain, Siyasat Ki Zanjeeron Mein Jakde Hue Hain, Aankhon Mein Aansub Bhi Pakde

Rango Ka Tyohar - Holi

Holi is celebrated as festival of communal harmony in which Muslim friends are also invited in 'Holi Milan Samarohs' (Holi festival gatherings) and all enjoyed collectively. The practice has not vanished but is limited to few people and in few areas from last four to five years when animosity among the communities has increased due to 'Us' vs 'Them' politics. In this poem I wish the festival of color and joy bring happiness to all equally again. Happy Holi. Rango Ka Ye Tyohar, Iss Baar, Dukh-Dard Sare Le Kar Jaye, Nafratein Jo Bad Rahi Hain, Unhe Mitaye. Gunjiyon Ki Mithas Iss Baar, Karein Chamatkaar, Desh Ke Hote Hue Bhi Jo Hain Gaddar, Unke Sawalon Ke Jawab Mil Jayein,  Aaye Karaar. The Festival of color Holi, destroy all animosity

Kya Khoya Kya Paya Jag Mein

(Kya Khoya Kya Paya Jag Mein) What Has Lost and Earned In The World - Atal Bihari Vajpayee Apart from great orator, a statesman and a gentleman former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee was also a great poet. He died on 16th August 2018 in AIIMS Hospital , Delhi. His ' kavita ' shows his philosophies, courage and determinations. In this poem he was valuing his life by calculating what he has lost and earned in the journey. I have tried to translate it there so that it can reach a wider audience. We all pray for him to get the best place in heaven. RIP Bharat Ratna   Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Kya Khoya Kya Paya Jag Mein Milte Aur Bichadte Mag Mein Mujhe Kisi Se Nahin Shikayat Yadyapi Chal Gaya Pag Pag Mein. Main Kyun Likhta Hun?

(Mein Kyun Likhta Hun?) I often asked this question to myself that why I write when I don't have many readers?  Not only on blog but in real life also those who know I write stories/poem never complain when I don't write. When I keep things to myself ? When I pour untold emotions in my writing no one ever noticed but I have no regrets and I have some other reasons to write which I better keep to myself. Here just sharing questions which comes in my mind in form of a Hindi poem. Jab Koi Padta Nahin, Kisi Baat Ka Duniya Par Asar Padta Nahin, Kisi Ka Dil Sisakta Nahin, Koi Bhi Kabhi Tadapta Nahin, To Phir Mein Kyun Likhta Hun? Kisi Ko Meri Baat Par Jab Hasin Aati Nahin, Koi Baa

(Hum Chup Rahenge!) We Will Remain Silent! This is the high time we must speak. If not walk on roads, or in candle light marches, we at least should vent out our anger so that people who are ruling as must know that we can't tolerate it any more. Recently so many rape incidents has stirred the nation be it rape and murder of 8 year old in Kathua, Unnao rape where victims father was killed, Assam rape, Surat gang rape again with a minor, Siwan (Bihar ) rape of a deaf and dumb girl and there may be more which are not reported with the fear that nothing will achieved by reporting the incident. Madhushala (Few Verses)

मधुशाला (कुछ छंद ) (Madhushala) - The Tavern - Harivansh Rai Bachchan  'Madhushala ' (The Tavern) is the most famous work of Harivansh Rai Bachchan. It is among the longest poems I have read. Through tavern, wine, drinker as analogy ' Bachchan ' has bring out the complexity of life and highlighted hollowness of society, religion, philosophy and traditions. Iss Mitti Mein Mit Jana Hai

(Iss Mitti Mein Mit Jana Hai) 'Iss Mitti Mein Mil Jana Hai' is voice of those Indians namely Muslims and Dalits who are treated as second class citizen nowadays. They are as much part of the nation building as any other citizen of India and didn't need any proof of their patriotism. Amid increase incidents of violence against Dalits & Muslims by Gau Rakshaks this Hindi Kavita authenticate their attachment with India. On this Independence Day we must cherish our unity and deny any force trying to fill hatred in us. Happy Independence Day. Is Mitti Mein Jina Hai, Iss Mitti Mein Mar Jana Hai, Koi Chahe Ya Na Chahe Mujhe Tera Saath Nibhana Hai. Ek Nazm Nahin, Ek Rasm Nahin, Ek Vesh Nahin, Ek Bhojan Nahin, Kya M

Tu Hayaat Ka Savera Hai

(Tu Hayaat Ka Savera Hai) Mothers are that light of the god which fulfills His void in our life. Without teachings of mother you will not even know about god. Even though every day is dedicated to mothers, on this special day we would cherish our mothers more. Happy Mothers Day. Tu Zameen Hai, Tu Hi Ujala Hai, Pyaar Ne Tere Hi Humko Pala Hai, Mein To Mitti Ka Khamankhan Sa Tukda Tha, Iss Roop-Rang Mein Tune Dhala Hai. Tu Hi Hayaat Ka Savera Hai, Mehfooz Hun, Tere Aanchal Ne Mujhko Ghera Hai, Hona Khuda Ka To Mujhe Maloom Nahin, Mere Ghar Mein To Tera Basera Hai. (Hayaat) - Life

First They Came For

First They Came For - Martin Niemöller (1892–1984) Today I am sharing 'First They Came For ' - the statement of a German pastor Martin Neimoller which is often regarded as a poem. This has become the tool of stating cowardice of elite, influential and intellectual class. In last two-three years it is widely quoted in the Indian and world context also when people supported brutalities on marginalized like refugees, Muslims, minorities, etc. Here I have also shared my Hindi rendition of a poem inspired by this one. First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Socialist. Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Trade Unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me. Wo Ghar Garibon Ke Jalakar Hans Rahe The,

Pyaar Ki Raah Chune

(Pyaar Ki Raah Chune) Season of love starts with valentine week i.e the various days denoted to express your feelings for somebody. Feb 7 is Rose Day, Feb 8 is Propose Day then comes Chocolate Day, Teddy Day, Promise Day, Hug Day, Kiss Day and finally Valentine Day from 9th to 14th February respectively. I believe that love needs no day to express but in the popular culture if we have a dedicated day for it enjoy it fully with your loved one. Here in this Hindi poem there is a conversation between a boy and a girl of expressing their love for each other. They think that the world and the society always remain against those who love so they must unite without thinking about anybody but only about their love. They decided to walk on the path of love leaving hatred aside. I hope you will enjoy this poem. Happy Valentine Day. Teri Bahon Mein

Ek Saal Aur Beet Gaya

Ek Aur Saal Beet Gaya. 2016 is almost over and we are ready to welcome new year 2017. The past year has given us more bad experiences than the good ones. Like the deaths of our soldiers in Pathankot-Uri attacks, suicide of Rohith Vemula , disappearance of Najeeb Ahmad , Anti-national row,  Jat quota stir during which Delhi's water supply affected, Panama Papers,  Kashmir Unrest , world problems like Brexit confusion, Trump victory, Yemen-Aleppo attacks, several racial attacks in America and demonetization in India. Winning in Rio, reaching apex at Cricket, Isro's achievement are some things to cherish. The coming year is near, I hope this would bring happiness in our lives and peace in the world. I have tried to compile all events of the year in this Hindi poem. Happy New Year 2017 to all . Beet Gaya- Beet Gaya Ek Fasana Beet Gaya, Khushiyon Ki Dhun Ka, Gham Ka Tarana Beet Ga

Ek Diya Jalate Hain

Ek Diya Jalate Hain (Lets Light A Candle) Diwali is a festival of light which not only mean to enlighten our lives but to spread that shine and happiness in the life of others. Lets share our joy with the deprived people of our society, with our soldiers who guard us even when we celebrate festivals, with our farmers who give us food when their own homes are devoid of it. This Diwali Light A Candle for them (remember them/care for them) in your celebrations. Jai Jawan Jai Kisan . Wo Jo Andheron Mein Apni Zindagi Bitate Hain, Wo Jo Gharon Se Door Hokar Bhi Muskurate Hain, Wo Jo Desh Ki Khatir Jeete Aur Mar Jaate Hain, Is Dafa Ek Diya Unke Liye Jalate Hain.
